Michael Ahlefeldt-Laurvig:"I started blowing glass in 1983 and built Glashyttan ten years later in 1992. My work, although contemporary preserves a several hundred year old tradition of Swedish glassblowing. As an artist craftsman my concern is in making quality off-hand and mold blown glass in a wide range of designs. I also work to order and small editions and prototype work is a speciality.
